Chevalière

A young woman from a poor rural family in 15th century France travels to the capital in search of employment. Along the journey, she comes into possession of a large two-handed sword. With the help of other women she meets in the city, she pursues the goal of becoming a female knight. She experiences new things with enthusiasm, including weapons, armor, and training at a knight academy. She lives this new life alongside others who share her aspirations.
