Na Su-Hyeon returns to her hometown after her grandmother's death. She disregards her grandmother’s warning and climbs Obongsan, where she becomes lost and experiences strange occurrences. She is rescued by Seo Moon-Ju, a man who remains alive despite having his head cut off. Moon-Ju claims Su-Hyeon is the reincarnation of the shaman Kang Yu-Hwa and that climbing the mountain triggered the strange events. He suspects the evil spirit responsible for Kang Yu-Hwa’s death has been disturbed by Su-Hyeon’s presence. After encountering ghosts stealing weapons from Kang Yu-Hwa’s grave, Su-Hyeon feels responsible and agrees to help Moon-Ju. Together, they attempt to retrieve the five weapons to confront the evil spirits and possibly end Moon-Ju’s curse.
