CHOBIT

A 21-year-old man named Mugifume Yamano is the sole policeman in Ton-Ton village after his parents were killed by a crazed bull. He is helped by his younger siblings, a four-year-old girl and a one-and-a-half-year-old boy. Mugifume travels by bicycle and is described as naive, clumsy, and very unintelligent. One day, he encounters Chii, a small alien girl from the planet Micron who arrived in a flying teapot. Chii possesses magical abilities that help Mugifume address the village's issues more effectively.
