Keiko is a second-year junior high student with no romantic experience. On her way to school, she helps a boy who collapses due to anemia. Though she assists him, he responds rudely, calling her an old lady. To her surprise, he attends the same school and is a first-year student. The manga also includes two one-shots titled *Sono Te wo Hanasanai* and *Sweet na Kankei*.
