A former top figure in the Korean underworld, Bul-Do Jeong returns after spending ten years in prison to find the criminal landscape transformed. The streets are now dominated by a new group called the “MZ Gang,” characterized by their loud, flashy, and impulsive behavior. Despite wanting to distance himself from his past, he is forced into action when the new criminals target those close to him. Determined to restore order, he seeks to remind the city of his former dominance.
