Choegoui Agdang

Sawoo is bullied in high school and is given two of three rules by his friend Kido on how to become the greatest villain. After Kido leaves for overseas, Sawoo continues to follow the rules and sends him letters to learn the final one, but receives no response. Four years later, Kido returns, believing the letters were love notes.
