Yun-Seong Lee, a student who has been bullied at school, seeks revenge by committing crimes and is sent to a juvenile detention center. There, he encounters some of his former tormentors and carries out his plan. One individual remains unaccounted for, and Yun-Seong pursues his retribution against those he believes are products of a flawed judicial system.
