Chou Virgin

A young man named Ippei struggles with being around women, often getting sick or vomiting. Despite his father's suggestion to attend an all-boys school, he chooses a coed high school. His father sets a condition: if he fails a test, he must dress as a woman and work as a waitress in his shop. Ippei fails the test and is forced to fulfill the punishment. While working, a girl enters the shop upset. Ippei feels sympathy and gives her extra food and comfort. To his surprise, he no longer feels ill when speaking with her and develops feelings for her. However, the girl believes he is a woman. Ippei dislikes the situation but realizes that continuing to dress as a woman is necessary if he wants to maintain contact with her.
