During the Bakumatsu period, when smuggling carried the death penalty, five individuals risked their lives to sail to England. Driven by a desire to establish a new Japan, they left their homeland with determination and hope. Their journey marks the beginning of their efforts, which they believe will one day earn them recognition for their contributions.
