A school consists of two divisions: one for regular students and another for those in the fine arts, often referred to as the "celeb course." Tsubame is enrolled in the standard division and has no desire for a life centered around fame or the arts. She encounters Chio, a male model attending the celeb course, which begins to change the direction of her life.
