A mysterious disaster has led to the downfall of civilization, leaving once-great skyscrapers as silent tombs marked by the Thorns of Judgment. Amid the ruins, a hidden group called Revenants resides in a place known as Vein, where survivors are granted powerful abilities at the cost of their memories and a need for blood. Those who succumb completely to their bloodlust risk transforming into Lost, monstrous creatures stripped of humanity. The spinoff manga focuses on a Revenant named Louis, also referred to as Sekiken.
