Codename wa Sailor V

A 13-year-old schoolgirl encounters a white cat who reveals her ability to transform into Sailor V, a hero who uses a magic pen to battle the Dark Agency's evil forces. She fights to defend Earth from their attacks. The original series was later reprinted in two extended editions, with the final chapter split into two, resulting in a total of 16 chapters.
