Aihara Minoru, a 20-year-old aspiring action manga artist, moves to Tokyo to pursue his ambitions. He unexpectedly secures a position as a live-in assistant for his favorite mangaka, Takakura Kenji, the creator of the popular fighting series "Ultimate Banchou." Upon meeting his idol, he is surprised to learn that Kenji is actually Sekai Ichiko, a woman his age who behaves and appears like a child. Aihara's initial disappointment strains their relationship, and he must work to demonstrate his potential as a manga artist.
