Concrete Garden

A boy named Toki, who consumes human flesh, is isolated and lonely. Kashii Kiyoharu, the grandson of the man who created an angel, is hired to befriend Toki. Kashii discovers the scientists' true reason for involving him. Meanwhile, another boy named Tokiwo faces pressure to attend a prestigious university, but he chooses not to for his own safety. One night, an earthquake occurs, and a stone he possesses begins to glow. From the floor emerges a figure resembling his childhood friend Jiu, but this version is armed and dressed for battle. Questions arise about the stone's connection to Jiu and who originally gave it to Tokiwo.
