Concrete Revolutio: The Complete Saga·コンクリート・レボルティオ～超人幻想～
In an alternate Japan set in a fictional era around 20 years after the war, various superhumans coexist. These beings include space Titans, mystical creatures, ancient phantoms, cyborgs, and relics from lost civilizations. Some are openly known, while others remain hidden. Opposition to superhumans exists, with shadowy groups working against them. The Japanese government has created the Superhuman Bureau, under the Ministry of Health and Welfare, to monitor and protect these individuals. Jirou Hitoyoshi is one of the Bureau's members.
