Cresttown is a lawless place where drugs and violence are common. Young men form gangs and engage in daily battles, often mocked as "fools" by others. High rewards are offered for the capture of gang leaders. Bud Weiser leads a group called "Candy" and has a bounty of 10 million yen on his head. Initially, he is focused on earning rewards through violence. His perspective shifts after meeting a girl named Naive.
