A mysterious force known as the Counter Side is spreading, threatening to corrupt the real world and potentially lead to human extinction. People are confused and frightened by this strange and dangerous phenomenon. Those who possess a device called the “Watch” have gained supernatural abilities and are now referred to as Counters.
