Cross Ange: Tenshi to Ryuu no Rondo

In this world, all humans possess the ability to harness mana, a source of light-based power, while those who cannot are labeled as subhuman "Norma." Society appears to be a peaceful utopia, with the beloved princess Angelize enjoying a contented life. She views the Norma as the last remnants of darkness in the world. On her 16th birthday, during a ceremony, she is shocked to learn that she is a Norma herself. As a result, she is exiled to an isolated island where other Norma are kept. There, they are told their only purpose is to fight in defense of the world's peace. Ange joins a team that pilots Paramails to battle extradimensional dragons that invade their world.
