Terakado Butta played a foundational role in shaping Housen into a formidable force before the rise of other notable figures. He was present during the school's establishment and led efforts that laid the groundwork for its eventual prominence. His leadership was crucial in developing Housen into the respected and feared organization known as the Housen Hitman. Without his early influence, the version of Housen that later became a major rival to Suzuran High School would not have existed.
