Kisaragi Honey appears to be an ordinary student, but she is secretly an android. Using technology developed by her father, she can transform into the powerful Cutie Honey. A criminal group called Panther Claw seeks to take control of this ability, willing to destroy anything important to Honey to achieve their goal.
