Dahlia no Obi

A young man, on the verge of marrying his childhood sweetheart, travels to his village to meet his best friend, who had promised to return from Tokyo for the wedding. Upon arrival, he discovers a note and gifts left by his friend. The note mentions a stormy night with lightning and rain that caused a power outage. The man questions whether the event was truly natural.
