Nagasaka Naohito works in a meat processing facility, viewing the meat as mere merchandise. After being struck by a truck, he awakens in a fantasy world populated by monsters. Struggling to survive amid constant danger and hunger, he is rescued by an unknown girl who grants him the ability to turn any monster he touches into a companion.
