Daizai Ryuu nante Daikirai!

A dragon named Rabi, responsible for the destruction of a continent at birth, is confined in a facility designed to hold monstrous beings. Lucien, a young guard assigned to watch over her, comes from a town that Rabi destroyed. Despite considering her a foe deserving of hatred, Lucien struggles to feel that way due to Rabi's unexpectedly endearing nature.
