Dakara Botan ga Suki Yanen

A young girl named Botan lives with her ailing mother, Sakura, after her father's death in a car accident. A man named Miyuki enters their lives and eventually marries Sakura, despite Botan's resentment over the change in their routine. Botan reluctantly accepts Miyuki to support her mother. Later, she overhears a conversation revealing that Miyuki is actually her biological father. After Sakura's death, Miyuki, burdened by debt from a failed business, plans to leave Botan to protect her future. However, Botan insists on staying with him, and they begin a life on the move together.
