Dalao Ni Tou You Diao Le

A person who can level up by defeating monsters reveals that they are themselves a monster. This individual is the only zombie on Earth who can survive an attack and remains alive. To stay safe, they hide their identity and live quietly as a zombie. Concerned for their ailing ex-girlfriend, they secretly watch over her. Unexpectedly, the ex-girlfriend has become a warrior who kills zombies without hesitation and discovers their true nature. Torn between fleeing and being pursued, they find themselves drawn together, eventually falling in love. In the end, they learn a shocking truth: the entire world must perish. The protagonist admits they are not a zombie at all, but actually a vaccine.
