Three months after Princess Mina regained control of the Bund, efforts to rebuild relations between vampires and humans are progressing. However, tensions remain as government liaison Reiko Gotoh becomes a target for assassination. Her lycanthrope bodyguard, Seiji Hama, is missing, leaving her vulnerable.
