A 15-year-old girl named Kotobuki Ringo returns to those she hasn't seen in eight years—childhood friends Shiran, Kujyaku, Masaki, and Gogyo. All were students of her late father and each possesses notable abilities. Ringo moves into Shiran's villa, not to reconnect with old ties, but to uncover the truth. She suspects one of them is responsible for her father's death and is determined to identify the killer.
