Darwin Jihen

A 15-year-old hybrid of human and chimpanzee, Charlie was created in a lab and raised by human parents. As he begins high school, he forms a friendship with Lucy, an intelligent outsider. His life takes a dramatic turn when a group of animal rights extremists, responsible for freeing his mother from the lab years earlier, resurface with the intent to kidnap him.
