Dattan Typhoon

In 200X, a Russian tanker explodes in Hakodate, Hokkaido, releasing toxic gas and causing widespread panic. Amid the emergency, Taku Arawaki and his childhood friend Hideko enter an abandoned ship, where they encounter a Russian woman. Taku is then attacked by a group of masked armed men seeking the woman. He becomes entangled in a series of events involving Russian forces, the Japanese Self-Defense Forces, and the Yakuza.
