Dear Green

Two roommates, Yajima Yukari and Otoumi Hiroshi, face a dilemma when their friend Ryouko, who is engaged, discovers their relationship. A new part-timer named Sae stirs tension by developing feelings for one of them. A flashback shows how the couple began living together. Both face pressure from their families to attend arranged marriage meetings. In another storyline, high school student Shinya is upset when his boyfriend suggests he return home for the New Year. Meanwhile, Takechi, after rejecting his friend Hakata's love confession, must navigate rumors about Hakata's sexuality, which strain their friendship. Despite no outward changes, subtle shifts occur between Takechi and Hakata. A brief glimpse into Yukari and Otoumi's daily life is also shown.
