Ninomae, a tomboyish student who recently moved to Saint Stella School, shares a dorm with Shitanaga and Shinomae, hoping their presence will help her become more feminine. She hears about a legendary item called the Chalice, said to grant wishes, which was kept in an abandoned campus church before being stolen. Concerned, she and her roommates visit the church and encounter two enigmatic individuals, Siren and Reverse Cross, who possess the Chalice but leave before any questions can be asked. The story explores the identity of these figures, as well as the connection between Ninomae’s search for the Chalice and her hospitalized best friend, Azuma.
