Two girls, Yuka and Maho, aspire to become famous manga artists. The story follows their journey through various stages of their careers, beginning with their initial attempt to enter a manga writing contest and continuing as they work toward becoming professional mangaka. Each chapter highlights a different phase of their development and experiences in the field.
