Dekiru Otoko no Sodatekata

Kazuha, a country boy with high hopes, moves to Tokyo to work under Hongou, a restaurant manager he admires. Upon arrival, he discovers Hongou is nothing like the person he imagined—rude, temperamental, and selfish. Despite Kazuha's discomfort, Hongou insists he live with him.
