Delusional Boy

A high school student named Gi Haru suffers from a condition that blurs the line between reality and delusion. After witnessing what he believes to be a hallucination of a Nazi gathering during a poetry session with his friend Kang Yul, chaos erupts at the school, resulting in mass murder. Gi Haru, convinced it is another delusion, later discovers the horrifying truth: he killed his girlfriend, was betrayed by Kang Yul, and lost both eyes. Imprisoned in a mental institution as the sole survivor and presumed perpetrator, he is aided by a group called the Panthers. With their help, he begins a quest for vengeance against Kang Yul.
