Momoko Akadzutsumi is a thirteen-year-old who enjoys sweets and has a crush, much like any other girl her age. She keeps a secret: she and her friends Miyako Goutokuji and Kaoru Matsubara are the Powerpuff Girls Z. Their role is to battle monsters formed from Chemical Z. The arrival of two new antagonists presents a challenge that could test the Powerpuff Girls Z more than any before.
