A new energy source called "Demon" grants users immense power, and those who can harness it are called "Mediums." Taichi moves to Meissner School to train as a Medium. On his first day, he meets Nui, a fellow student who is already a Medium. She is lively and helpful. Taichi needs her assistance to become a Medium and face other hostile ones.
