Dias Police: Ihou Keisatsu

Tokyo is home to around 150,000 undocumented immigrants and foreign workers who have created a separate, unofficial government to serve their own needs. Within this hidden system, institutions like courts, hospitals, and tax offices operate independently. Kubozuka Saki is the sole police officer sanctioned by this parallel administration. He navigates the alien city, enforcing order among those living outside the official system, sometimes protecting them and at other times punishing them. His work takes place in the shadows of Tokyo, where he continues his duties within the unofficial community.
