Digital Eden Attracts Humanity

In a future where digital viruses known as "Oracles" can turn people into mythological creatures, those infected, called "Fector," begin causing incidents. In response, a vaccine is developed that has a high infection rate and gives some individuals temporary animal or insect traits as a side effect to combat the Fector. On a summer day, Sogami Eiri's childhood friend, who had disappeared, returns. Eiri becomes involved in a Fector incident and uncovers a truth about his own existence that strains his bond with his younger sister and positions him as an adversary to the world. The story follows a boy who, in an effort to protect one girl, takes on numerous unusual "king" forms.
