Doctor M: Dark Angel IV

A child is abandoned by his mother in a restaurant located inside a department store, with Miwako's contact details and a photograph of a man named Ryuju, someone she once knew. Miwako takes on the responsibility of caring for the child, named Rio, and embarks on a journey across the country to uncover the reasons behind the mother's disappearance and the connections between the child, Ryuju, and herself. This marks the beginning of a new phase in the life of the reclusive and highly skilled surgeon, Hikawa Miwako.
