Two decades ago, Sawada Masatoshi launched a rocket into a rival yakuza organization's base, gaining the moniker "Rocket Masa" and establishing himself as a feared criminal. After years of absence, he returns to Kokura, Kyushu, causing chaos and drawing attention for his disruptive actions.
