On the first day at a new school, a girl sparks a "Naked Riot," clearly aiming to coerce cooperation. She introduces herself as Katagiri Mayu, a Second-Generation Pervert Hypnotist. The title terrifies the narrator for a personal reason: the first Pervert Hypnotist was his father. To escape that legacy, he severed ties and changed his surname. Mayu asks him to join her group, but he refuses.
