A race of tall beings called the Suima Clan live on planet Goo, where they require 23 hours of sleep daily to maintain their strength. The planet's ruler, Prince Brillian, has fallen ill with a strange condition that prevents him from sleeping. General Ketsukarl, known for his striking appearance and high energy, is tasked with gathering 1000 units of "Sleepy Sleep" energy to cure the prince. His mission leads him on a chaotic and humorous quest to restore normal sleep patterns to the prince.
