A high school student named Kotone Tasuku is the only one who can see and speak to Shinonome Keisuke, a former surgeon who died young and now exists as a ghost. When an accident critically injures the younger brother of Tasuku’s childhood friend, Takeuchi Mai, the only hope for the boy’s survival is for Shinonome and Tasuku to collaborate as an unconventional pair of emergency surgeons.
