Riu Feifon is a dragon warrior who can summon dragons to fight evil. When a hostile dragon seizes control of a nearby city, she seeks assistance from the dragon realm. Instead of the expected aid, she receives Sentokun, a red dragon previously imprisoned for rebelling against the emperor. Feifon must find a way to persuade Sentokun to join her in order to combat the growing threat.
