DT Eightron

In 2187, Earth's surface is uninhabitable due to global warming, leading to the construction of domed cities. These cities eventually become isolated due to war and unstable conditions. Shuu, a teenager from the school-like dome city of Datania, lives under the control of Zero, a data program aided by human assistants Nines and later Berk. The program uses a reset system to suppress emotions and human instincts in children, making them function like machines. Shuu, who dreams of seeing the ocean, escapes with friends, aided by the underground rebel group The Returners, including Ein, May, and Dolly. They travel to Amaroute, another dome city believed to be better, seeking to escape Zero's control. During the journey, Shuu explores the outside world and joins the Returners in fighting Zero, who seeks DT, a substance found in humans like Shuu and his companions. Upon reaching Amaroute, they discover it is also controlled by Zero, now assisted by another clone of Shuu.
