Seo-Hun is an idol who has not achieved fame three years after debuting. His younger brother, Eloy, is a successful idol. When leaked footage of Eloy causes public backlash, Seo-Hun attacks another idol who insults his brother during a live broadcast. Eloy later dies by suicide, and Seo-Hun's reputation is ruined. He is invited to participate in a survival show called Heart-Pounding Island, which features celebrities who have fallen from grace. The show takes place on a remote island and lasts ten days. Seo-Hun is drawn to the program after receiving a message from an unknown person, believing the truth about his brother's death may be uncovered there.
