After a global catastrophe reshapes the world, ordinary art teacher Seo Jio dies in a sudden fire and wakes to find himself trapped inside a portrait, a painting come to life. Within that world he gains near-omnipotent powers, able to create life and open gateways to other dimensions. Travelling across countless worlds, he uses these abilities to help the fated people he meets overcome their trials, yet every dimension he crosses draws him nearer to the truth behind his own death.
