A boy named Asada Hibari has recently relocated to the Nakahara Apartments in the Utsusemi District of Toaru City, a building commonly referred to as "The Ghost Projects." Haunted by the memory of his deceased mother, Hibari struggles with deep isolation. His life begins to shift when he meets another resident, Kobayashi Sanzou, leading him toward a new and intense experience that surpasses anything he has encountered before.
