Dysmatopia

In a near-future city, communication and surveillance are managed by a social mobile network called Kizuna-Topia. Within this enclosed urban environment, two sisters, Enna and Yayako, encounter a manhunt targeting young, healthy children. These children are taken to a white tower where their brains are extracted and their bodies sold. The local police, referred to as the Jikei, conduct this operation, while a mysterious figure known as The Witch opposes them. The sisters and other citizens find themselves caught in the conflict between the Jikei and The Witch.
