Tsukasa Amamiya works at a real estate office on a peculiar shopping street. A wizard named Mitsuki, who is also a potential tenant, frequently expresses intense interest in Tsukasa. After showing Mitsuki several suitable homes, Tsukasa is presented with a final condition: Mitsuki will choose a house only if Tsukasa agrees to live with him. To avoid this, Tsukasa lies, claiming he has a partner. However, after this, strange occurrences begin to unfold. The story explores the dynamic between the self-assured wizard and Tsukasa, who appears distant but is secretly more tender-hearted.
